8. Take a Bath
A long bath always helps. Soak in your favorite soap and stay under that shower (or bathtub) for as long as you like and you’ll come out feeling refreshed and ready for the next set of things to do.
9. Make a List
You’re stressed out thinking of the unfinished tasks and stress at being stressed out. It’s a frustrating cycle to be in. Get a paper and pen and make a list of the tasks that are still left. That way, you’d be able to focus on the task at hand and be satisfied when you cross out a finished task.
