3. Are you happy with your current work-life balance? If not, what would balance look like for you?
An initiative that contemporary companies are pushing is work-life balance, in that an employee must be able to accomplish his/her duties in her workplace and also achieve his/her roles at home or outside the office.
In a millennial age where young pros and even students would find side gigs to earn extra income to be able to be financially capable, some people would have two or more jobs everyday to make ends meet. Thus, work-life balance tends to be out of the question.
If only a minimum-wage earning young pro would earn more or receive a bonus from out of the blue. Then, it would be ideal to have that hefty extra time and money to…find more ways to earn extra time and money.
It is easier to dream of that ideal work-life balance than to achieve it.
