Some parts of the country will experience rains due to a low pressure area (LPA) on Thursday.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the LPA was located 715 kilometers east northeast of Infanta, Quezon.
The LPA will bring sudden heavy rains or scattered rain showers in the late afternoon or evening.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms that may bring flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon, will have moderate winds coming from the southwest with moderate to rough coastal waters.
Metro Manila temperature ranges from 23-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 23-33 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 15-22 degrees Celsius; Subic 22-32 degrees Celsius; Lipa City 23-32 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-32; and Metro Davao 25-32 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
