On March 14, actress Camille Prats showed her appreciation for the people she has worked with in the entertainment industry during her childhood days.

As someone who started her acting career at an early age, Camille has heard a lot of criticism for working at a young age back in the day.

Hence, this was ignored by the actress, as she considered her childhood unique compared to others and admitted that she had fun in it.

“Hindi ko man naranasan kung ano man ‘yung ‘normal’ na childhood para sa karamihan, I would like to think na ‘yung buhay na binigay sa akin ng Diyos is the life that He really wanted for me,” Camille said during an interview with local host Boy Abunda.

The actress pointed out that she really appreciated her journey in the showbiz industry for 30 consecutive years and counting. She also acknowledged her peers, mentors, and fans that she gained from being a public figure.

Camille also expressed her gratitude saying, “I really think it’s a blessing. ‘Yung buhay ko na ‘yon nung kabataan ko, remembering all the projects that I did, those were happy memories for me.”

Furthermore, Camille also expresses her gratitude to her parents for making her dream of becoming an actress come true. The actress clarified that her parents did not pass on the responsibility to fulfill their family’s financial needs.

Camille claimed that the connection between her family and doing her dream job did not encounter problems with responsibilities and financial needs, instead, she felt blessed for the 30 years that have passed as an actress.

Before entering the showbiz industry, Camille was a contestant in a child beauty pageant, Little Miss Philippines, in 1990. Forthwith, new doors opened towards her dream of becoming an actress.

As her career bloomed, Prats starred in several shows like “Sarah, Ang Munting Prinsesa,” “Ang TV Movie: The Adarna Adventure,” and “Hiling.”
