2. Beyoncé Knowles
A powerhouse of talent, that’s who she is.
Having won her 1st ever talent content at age 7, Beyoncé then moved on being part of a girl group called Girl’s Tyme, now known as Destiny’s Child. The trio girl group comprised of Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams went on to dominate the charts and became one of the most phenomenal girl groups of all time.
In 2003, Beyoncé released Crazy in Love, which won her five Grammys and drastically rose her to fame.
Since then, the Queen Bey started establishing herself to be an icon that she is, from chart-topping singles to sold-out world tours. After releasing 2016’s Lemonade, she continues to make it clear that she’s not here to play as she’s became the first artist to have six #1 albums in history.
Beyoncé exudes independence and body positivity, which makes her a role model to millions of her fans.
With that, we’ll leave you one of her quotes: “I’m over being a pop star. I don’t wanna be a hot girl. I wanna be iconic.”
