Samsung’s premium-quality features will be making its way towards the phones before, as Samsung’s next flip phone is set to feature dual cameras at the date of its launch.
Code named as “Project Lykan”, the upcoming Samsung W2019 flip phone is set to feature a dual camera setup at its rear end. This will mark the second time that Samsung has added a flagship feature to a flip phone, following the variable aperture camera from the W2018.
The W2019’s specifications is expected to follow in the footsteps of its predecessors in Samsung’s W-Series, meaning that the phone will likely have a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 6 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of storage space.
Despite being in a niche and dated phone category, the Samsung W2018 flip phone cost about 15,999 Chinese yuan last year, equal to P122,500, in Philippine pesos.
