Pippa Middleton, the famous sister of the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, confirms pregnancy through her fitness column weeks after rumors surfaced that Pippa was indeed pregnant.
Pippa shared on her column for the publication Waitrose Weekend that she did not experienced morning sickness unlike her older sister, Kate, and said that she was lucky to pass the 12-week scan without suffering from it.
In her article titled “Exercising during pregnancy”, Pippa shared that when she learned about the news of her being pregnant, she then realized that she needs to adjust her 4 to 5 days a week exercise routine. “I’ve noticed my body change but through exercise I feel it’s being strengthened,” Pippa writes.

Even though the Duchess of Cambridge was unable to carry out her royal duties during her first months of pregnancies, Pippa still managed to go on with her everyday schedule but shared that she had little adjustments and had to make some changes. She adjusted to her own exercise routine for the first weeks after she knew she was pregnant.
Pippa even included in her column that she also kept her pregnancy as a secret from her gym instructor until the “riskier months” were over.
Before confirming her pregnancy, the Duchess of Cambridge’s younger sister was seen out and about in public several times.
Pippa Middleton went to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding last month and was also seen at the French Open with her husband, James Matthews.
It’s now official that Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will finally have a cousin!
