Designed by Jenevive Castillo, Jann Aguuilar, Butch Batu, Nina Nava, Mheg Sacbibit and Rubie Escresa, the Balinse booth created a kitchen that manifested elegance and luxury without compromising the intrinsic elements that make the style unique. Balinese architecture, the team finds, is one of the most popular tropical architectural styles. It is beautiful and it provides calm and relaxing tenor.
As the team absed their designs on the philosophies of Balinese architecture, the Balinese kitchen seeks to provide balance and harmony by nurturing harmonious relationships with the family. The gallery type layout makes this possible for it provides a bar with a generous amount of space for friends and members of the family to interact. The warmth of wood combined with other elements such as glass, brass and onyx creates a striking contrast that gives birth to a new kind of elegance.
