Designed by Elizabeth Ramos, Emmanuel Olivar, Summer Pasana and Sam Lapuos, the pop art booth shows that although pop art and luxury don’t normally co-exist, pop-art–with its straightforward manner, use of bold color and representation of everyday items, consumer goods and mass media to create a style that is reminiscent of pop culture while luxury, in every sense of the word signifies comfort and ease. The juxtaposition of two different styles–a challenge nonetheless but not at all impossible for the team. A dining room that greatly captures the essence of pop are and luxury with its combination of textures to its use of a strikingly bold color is definitely a space that makes a statement.
