It was only yesterday, June 26, when the K-pop Girl Group Momoland released their much-awaited music video on YouTube entitled “Baam”. Just like their previous hit song “Bboom Bboom”, “Baam” also displayed a dance-y vibe which yet again highlighted their signature hip swaying dance moves.
But what caught the attention of most Filipino fans was the short scene in the music video which showed the artists wearing Baro’t Saya, the country’s national dress; and Nancy of Momoland, who’s also recognized as a lookalike of the Filipina actress Liza Soberano, holding up a Philippine Flag.
The group also danced in front of a background which featured jeepneys which is a popular mode of transportation here in the Philippines.

It is not the the first time that Momoland showed such great appreciation for their Filipino fans. They always make sure to acknowledge fans from the Philippines during their live streams so it is no surprise that they featured a glimpse of the country in their latest music video in which Philippine fans are so excited about.
Momoland will be visiting Manila this August 18.
