Stephanie Joy Abellanida
Stephanie Joy Abellanida wore a stunning gown made by Archie Castillo. The national costume defines the magnificence and a rich culture of a Muslim princess in Mindanao. All the details in the costumes distinguished the lives, dignity and values of royalties in Southwestern Mindanao.
What an amazing experience to wear this beautiful creation by Mr. Archie Castillo and be on the top 10 list. 😍 This national costume attempts to define the grandeur and rich culture of a Muslim princess in Mindanao. The intricate patterns and sophisticated style illustrate the colorful traditions of the Mindanao ethnic tribes. The overall look is accentuated by the ubiquitous sarimanok as the headpiece. It is inspired by a Maranao legend which mentions of a Sultan's daughter who was captivated by this alluring rooster which later transformed into a handsome young man. The two fell in love and were never seen again. All these elements rightfully distinguish the opulent lives, dignity and values of royalties in Southwestern Mindanao. #binibini33 #bbpilipinas2018 #top10 #onestephaway #bbpilipimasfashionshow2018 #proudnorthcotabateño #kfamilia
