Keto Diet Will Let You Eat Zero Carb But High Fat To Attain Good Shape

It’s hard to lose weight especially if it is the season of festivities and unlimited dinners. But after these season, you wanted to lose all that chicken and rice that you ate. But be honest, it’s very hard to look for that perfect schedule to go to your gym and burn all your fats down. With Keto diet, it will make you eat more fat and no carb AT ALL without going to the gym.

A Keto diet also known as Ketogenic diet or low carb diet makes your body produce ketones in the liver to be used as energy. This is because when you eat foods that are high in carbs, your body will produce glucose and insulin. Since the glucose is being used as a primary energy, your fats are not needed and are therefore stored. Typically on a normal higher carbohydrate diet, your body will use glucose as the main form of energy. By lowering your intake of carbs, your body will induce into a state known as ketosis.

The end goal of a properly maintained Keto diet is to force your body into this metabolic state. We will not do this through starvation of calories but starvation of carbohydrates. Our bodies are so adaptive to whatever we eat. When we overload it with fats and take aways carbohydrates, it will begin to burn ketones as the primary energy source.

First is weight loss. Keto diet essentially uses your body fat as an energy source so this will make you a lot lighter.
