Metro Society magazine and ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, Inc. (ALKFI) showcase a never-before-seen collection from designer Wynn Wynn Ong at The KaLIKHAsan Ball, happening at the Metropolitan Museum of Manila this November 10 (Saturday).
Renowned for her pristine and one-of-a-kind masterpieces, Wynn Wynn considers nature as her pristine and one-of-a-kind masterpieces. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of ALKFI’s environment arm Bantay Kalikasan, the highly lauded designer unveils her latest collection, “Sa Dagat At Bundok,” inspired by creatures of the sea and mountains and brought to life by her distinct sense of aesthetics. Each item is designed with specific gems in mind and crafted entirely by hand.
Some of the must-see art installations at the ball include the “Newly-Discovered Fruit-Eating Bayawaks of the Cordilleras,” intricate “Staghorns,” the gilded “Philippine Hornbill,” and the captivating “Malakas at Maganda & Manananggal.”
A never-before-seen, special performance from ballet professional Sofia Zobel-Elizalde’s Steps Dance Studio – Steps Dance Project and RAMA is also another highlight of the evening to look forward to.
The ABS-CBN KaLIKHAsan Ball is for the benefit of Bantay Kalikasan’s continuing campaign for the environment and the socio-economic upliftment of communities through eco-tourism and agriculture.
