Attention Avengers Fans! Your favorite superheroes may not have bid their last farewell yet after all.
According to the President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige, Endgame will return to the big screen next week, June 28 to show some never-before-seen footages at the end of the credit rolls.
If you will remember a few days before the film was initially released last April, news broke out that for the first time in MCU history, there would not be any mid or post-credit scenes on this last Avengers installment.
Despite this slight disappointment to avid fans, Avengers: Endgame garnered a whooping $2 Billion dollars on its worldwide release, ranking second in the list of the Highest-Grossing Movies of all time – dethroning James Cameron’s Titanic.
Would this re-release be the key for Avengers: Endgame to catch up to the reigning Highest-Grossing Film Of All Time Avatar? After all, Endgame only falls behind with approximately $44 million dollars difference. (Avengers: Endgame – $2,744,012,261 worldwide box office Avatar – $2,787,965,087 worldwide box office)
Would the Russo brothers dethrone another James Cameron feature? Guess we’ll find out next week.
