3. Stop Eating SWEETS

I know, Filipinos are well-known for having sweet tooth and that makes it more difficult for us to resist sweet foods. But if you really want to lose those extra weights, you have to give up eating sweets.

Eating too much sweet would give your body calories. Extra calories will be stored and further on will be converted to fat. It’s okay to give yourself a treat sometime, but be sure to discipline yourself. Self control is the key.
