2. Drink Water

Hungry or you are just imagining things?

Some people mistake thirst for hunger, so if you feel like you are hungry, be sure to drink at least one glass of water first. It is also advisable to drink 1-2 glasses of water before eating so that you will feel full, therefore you will be able to reduce the amount of your food intake.

Drinking water helps boost your metabolism and cleanse your body of waste. Also, drink water more instead of drinking soda or juice (which contains LOTS of calories).
