2. Isabel Sieh

When Sieh was 11 years old, she founded Girls Will Code–a community that encourages young Filipinas to learn coding, programming, robotics, and engineering. Girls Will Code initially started out as a club at her school, until Sieh branched out and began teaching coding at a public school in Antipolo. Challenged by the lack of updated computers and Wi-Fi, she eventually developed offline coding kits to serve as teaching aids. Today, Sieh continues to grow Girls Will Code, even establishing partnerships with the likes of Accenture and Google to continue their work.
